Luis Padilla is a seasoned real estate professional with over 35 years of industry experience. A long-time resident of Bay Harbor Islands for the past 30 years, Luis has built and led multiple successful real estate companies throughout his career. He holds a degree in Finance with a minor in Business and has been deeply involved in advancing the real estate profession at both local and national levels. Luis served as the National President of the National Association of Real Estate Professionals and sat on the Board of Directors for the Miami Association of Realtors. He is also a certified Tom Ferry real estate coach, helping agents nationwide grow their businesses through strategic coaching and mentorship. Outside of real estate, Luis is passionate about boating the beautiful Florida waters with his three children.

Gustavo Perry
Gustavo Perry was born in Chile and has had a truly international experience not only in his education but also in his work in real estate both as an agent and investor. He spent part of his younger years in Venezuela and later in Argentina, and completed his studies in Switzerland where he graduated with a BA in Management and Marketing. His first years he worked at Citibank Argentina as an executive trainee at the Corporate Bank and later at the Citibank Private Bank. Since 1994 he worked in his family real estate business investing in countries like Argentina, Venezuela, Uruguay, Switzerland and the US. Since 2014 he ran his own brokerage firm in Argentina, becoming a recognized brand among colleagues in the Buenos Aires market, before relocating to Miami to follow up on his investments in the Bay Harbor Islands area.
