Luis Padilla
Luis Padilla is a seasoned real estate professional with over 35 years of industry experience. A long-time resident of Bay Harbor Islands for the past 30 years, Luis has built and led multiple successful real estate companies throughout his career. He holds a degree in Finance with a minor in Business, served as National President of the National Association of Real Estate Professionals, and sat on the Board of Directors for the Miami Association of Realtors. He is also a certified Tom Ferry real estate coach.

Gustavo Perry
Gustavo Perry was born in Chile and has had a truly international experience both in his education and in his real estate work as agent and investor. He graduated in Switzerland with a BA in Management and Marketing, began his career at Citibank Argentina, and from 1994 invested through his family real estate business across Argentina, Venezuela, Uruguay, Switzerland and the US. He ran his own Buenos Aires brokerage from 2014 before relocating to Miami.
