Our commitment
Padilla & Perry are committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of technology or ability. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML structure with a single main landmark and ordered headings on every page.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Visible keyboard focus and full keyboard operability of the navigation and all forms.
- Form fields carry programmatic labels, not placeholder text alone.
- Colour contrast checked against AA thresholds for body and interface text.
- Animation is suppressed for visitors whose system requests reduced motion.
- Layouts reflow to 320px without horizontal scrolling.
Known limitations
Property search results and listing detail pages are supplied by a third-party Internet Data Exchange (IDX) provider and rendered inside our pages. We do not control that markup. We have raised accessibility as a requirement with the provider, and we will help any visitor who cannot use those pages to get the same information another way.
