Gustavo Perry

Gustavo Perry was born in Chile and has had a truly international experience not only in his education but also in his work in real estate, both as an agent and as an investor. He spent part of his younger years in Venezuela and later in Argentina, and completed his studies in Switzerland where he graduated with a BA in Management and Marketing.

His first years he worked at Citibank Argentina as an executive trainee at the Corporate Bank and later at the Citibank Private Bank. Since 1994 he worked in his family real estate business, investing in countries like Argentina, Venezuela, Uruguay, Switzerland and the US.

In 2014 he started his brokerage firm in Argentina, where he successfully served the Buenos Aires market and became a recognized brand among his colleagues. More recently he relocated to Miami to follow up on his real estate investments in the Bay Harbor Islands area, and is a licensed Miami Realtor.

In his spare time he is an enthusiastic sailor, having participated in several local and international regattas. He also accompanies his three children in their sailing ventures around South America and the Caribbean.
